Bass Pro Shops in Arizona is hiring a Customer Relations Associate to greet customers, answer questions, and guide buying decisions with care and accuracy. You will handle returns, process refunds or exchanges, and stay knowledgeable about hunting and fishing merchandise and promotions.

This part-time role emphasizes friendly, efficient service, operating the POS system, managing vendor interactions, and maintaining a clean, well-stocked area while following company policies.

Competenze

• Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner with customers and associates.
• Ability to operate the Point of Sale register system accurately.
• Ability to calculate figures such as discounts and make change for customers.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with management, coworkers and customers.

Mansioni

• Greets all customers entering the store in a friendly and outgoing manner.
• Handles merchandise with care and provides information and direction to customers.
• Keeps work area clean, neat and well stocked with supplies.
• Handles customer merchandise returns and processes refunds or exchanges.
• Remains product knowledgeable and aware of advertised sales.
• Sells appropriate Hunting and Fishing Licenses.
• Supports incentive and reward programs and promotes CLUB Membership and In-Store Pick-up.
• All other duties as assigned.
