Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in the United States (Miami area) is seeking a Sales Outfitter to greet customers, provide information and help with buying decisions. You will demonstrate products, maintain shelves, stay knowledgeable about promotions and programs, and assist with seasonal floor moves while upholding store standards.

The role emphasizes friendly, professional communication, accurate cash handling, teamwork with management and other associates, and contributing to a legendary customer experience

Qualifications

• Minimum High School education or equivalent.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to operate a computerized POS register system.

Responsibilities

• Supports a strong commitment to world class customer service and ensures a pleasant and productive shopping experience for all customers.
• Demonstrates product to customers.
• Replenishes product on shelves as required per Merchandising guidelines.
• Remains product expert through ongoing product knowledge training.
• Keeps work area clean, neat and well stocked with supplies.
• Promotes programs including CLUB Membership, VOC and In-Store Pick-up.
• ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED
