Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service, hospitality, or guest-facing experience preferred.
• Experience in hotels, upscale restaurants, hospitality, concierge services, high-end retail, or other service-focused environments is strongly encouraged.
• No automotive experience required — we can teach you the automotive side of the business.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Naturally friendly, welcoming, and comfortable building relationships with guests.
• Genuine desire to help people and provide an outstanding customer experience.
• Ability to listen carefully, ask good questions, and communicate information clearly and professionally.
• Comfortable handling difficult conversations or dissatisfied guests with patience and professionalism.
• Able to remain calm, organized, and positive in a busy, fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable using computers, phones, email, texting, and business software.
