Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service, hospitality, or guest-facing experience preferred.
• Experience in hotels, upscale restaurants, hospitality, concierge services, high-end retail, or other service-focused environments is strongly encouraged.
• No automotive experience required — we can teach you the automotive side of the business.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Naturally friendly, welcoming, and comfortable building relationships with guests.
• Genuine desire to help people and provide an outstanding customer experience.
• Ability to listen carefully, ask good questions, and communicate information clearly and professionally.

We're not necessarily looking for someone who has spent years working in an automotive repair shop. In fact, some of the people we'd most like to meet may have never worked in automotive at all.

Maybe you've worked at a great hotel where you learned how to make every guest feel important. Maybe you've worked in an upscale restaurant where remembering the little things separated good service from exceptional service. Maybe you're simply the person guests ask for because they know you'll take care of them.

That's who we're looking for.
