Meridian East Group in Las Vegas, NV is hiring Team Members for full-time roles across its hospitality venues. The position offers a starting salary in the $35,000–$51,669 range and room for growth within a dynamic, guest-focused operation.

You will provide outstanding guest service, assist with hotel operations such as front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage activities, and collaborate with teams to maintain a high standard of hospitality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in hospitality, hotel operations, or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with hotel management software and systems is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring their needs and preferences are met throughout their stay.
• Assist with the management and upkeep of hotel rooms, including cleaning, maintenance, and inventory management.
• Collaborate with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure a clean and well-maintained environment.
• Process and manage guest check-ins and check-outs, including handling payments and issuing receipts.
• Assist with the operation of hotel amenities and facilities, such as the restaurant, fitness center, and pool area.
