Job summary

Cedar Point in Ohio is seeking a Guest Experience Associate to ensure guests have the best day. You’ll listen to feedback, provide recovery, answer questions, and help guests navigate the park. You’ll also assist with resolving conflicts and ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests.

This role offers $13/hour, 18+ age, and perks including free uniforms, free park admission, and discounts. You’ll handle conflicts, troubleshoot issues, and advocate for accessibility services.
