Job summary

Cedar Point is seeking a Guest Experience Associate to ensure guests have the best day ever. You’ll listen to feedback, provide recovery, and answer questions about the park, enhancing every guest’s visit.

You will resolve conflicts politely, assist guests with accessibility needs, and help locate lost items. This is a fun, fast-paced role that rewards friendly, proactive service and teamwork.
