Job summary

Miller's Ale House in Homestead, FL is seeking friendly servers who greet guests, take accurate orders, and deliver engaging, high-energy service. You’ll help create a welcoming dining experience, follow service standards, and work with teammates to ensure guests leave satisfied.

You will handle food and drink orders, including alcohol, in a fast-paced setting, use the POS system, and maintain clean work areas while advancing your career within the restaurant group.

Qualifications

• Arrives to work on time in full uniform.
• Greets guests warmly and acknowledges guests within five feet.
• Follows Miller’s Ale House service steps and standards.
• Provides high level of service and adheres to alcohol service requirements.
• Works with others to meet guest needs and answers menu questions.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take accurate orders in a timely manner.
• Serve food and beverages, including alcohol, per policy.
• Maintain clean, organized server stations and FOH areas.
• Operate the restaurant POS system and handle cash.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure guest satisfaction.
