Miller's Ale House in Port Reading, NJ is seeking a friendly Server to greet guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and help create an exceptional dining experience.

You will follow the established service steps, assist teammates, handle cash, and upsell menu items while maintaining cleanliness and safety standards in a fast-paced setting. The role emphasizes reliability and teamwork, with dining privileges and health benefits included.

Qualifications

• Arrives to work on time as scheduled in full uniform.
• Greets Guests in a warm and friendly manner while also acknowledging all Guests that come within five feet.
• Follows the steps of service as defined in the Miller’s Ale House training materials.
• Provides highest level of service by adhering to all Miller’s Ale House service standards, creating “Ale House Raving Fans”
• Serves alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards and state alcohol service requirements

Responsibilities

• Greets Guests in a warm and friendly manner and acknowledges guests within five feet.
• Follows Miller’s Ale House steps of service in training materials.
• Provides high-quality service adhering to brand standards.
• Serves alcoholic beverages in compliance with company policy and state law.
• Collaborates with team Members to meet guests’ needs in a timely fashion.
• Keeps front-of-house stations clean and stocked, and maintains food and beverage knowledge for guests.
• Supports the To Go station when assigned by management.
