Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver top-tier guest experiences and support store operations. You will greet guests, assist with purchases at the POS, restock, and keep the store clean and organized while adhering to safety and security policies.

Qualifications

• Availability to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to perform basic computer functions.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Able to work in temperatures outside, in coolers, etc.
• Able to climb ladders and stairs, reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Must be able to read, count, and write to complete paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store policies and procedures.
• Operate the point of sale and maintain cash, lottery, and tobacco levels.
• Complete all store housekeeping tasks (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash).
• Replenish products and supplies to ensure in-stock conditions.
• Communicate guest requests and vendor concerns to management.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
• Conduct gas tank inventory and merchandising projects assigned by management.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
• Minors may ONLY use OSHA approved knives.
