Job summary

H&S Energy Group in Nehalem, Oregon, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support daily store operations, greet customers, handle checkout, stock shelves, and maintain food and beverage quality in a safe environment.

You will use the POS system, manage cash handling, assist with promotions, and ensure clean, organized displays while delivering exceptional service and teamwork with colleagues. Flexible availability including nights and weekends is appreciated to meet store needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in retail, food service, or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash-handling procedures.
• CPR and First Aid training a plus.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide friendly service at checkout.
• Operate POS system accurately for all transactions.
• Ensure correct change, receipts, refunds per policy.
• Maintain store presentation and shelving.
• Prepare food/bev stations and follow safety guidelines.
• Keep the store clean, safe, and compliant with policies.
