H&S Energy Group is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support daily store operations in Medford, Oregon. You will greet customers, operate the POS, handle cash, and maintain cleanliness and presentation of the store.

The role emphasizes exceptional service, product knowledge, and safety awareness in a fast-paced retail environment. The CSR will assist with food and beverage handling, promotions, and loyalty programs while upholding company standards and ensuring a welcoming experience

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in retail, food service, or customer‑facing roles preferred.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash‑handling procedures.
• CPR and First Aid training a plus.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsabilités

• Greet all customers with enthusiasm and professionalism, creating a welcoming environment.
• Deliver friendly, efficient, and accurate service at checkout while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Follow the company’s Four Steps of Customer Service with every interaction to achieve outstanding customer satisfaction.
• Communicate current promotions, loyalty programs, and product recommendations to enhance customer engagement.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately for all cash, credit, and debit transactions.
• Ensure correct change is given, receipts are issued, and refunds or exchanges are processed per policy.
• Stock shelves, coolers, and displays to ensure products are organized and visually appealing.
• Prepare and maintain self-serve and ready-to-eat food and beverage stations.
• Maintain cleanliness of the facility, including restrooms and fueling area, and follow safety procedures.
