Job summary

H&S Energy Group is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support daily store operations, cashiering, product presentation, and food and beverage quality. You'll greet customers, process transactions, and help maintain a safe, welcoming environment.

This role requires strong communication, basic POS skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Prior retail or customer-facing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in retail, food service, or customer-facing roles.
• Basic POS and cash handling knowledge.
• CPR/First Aid training a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and greet guests warmly.
• Operate the POS system and handle cash, cards, and refunds as per policy.
• Maintain store presentation, pricing, and signage accuracy.
• Prepare and assist with self-serve food/beverage stations as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and report hazards promptly.
• Assist with restocking and keeping the store clean and organized.
