Job summary

H&S Energy Group is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support daily store operations under supervision, delivering friendly checkout service, ensuring product quality, and maintaining a safe, welcoming environment for all customers.

You will greet customers, handle POS transactions, stock and present merchandise, assist with food and beverage stations, and uphold company standards for cleanliness, safety, and customer satisfaction at our Oregon location.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in retail, food service, or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash-handling procedures.
• CPR and First Aid training a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with enthusiasm and deliver friendly, accurate service at checkout.
• Operate POS system, handle cash/transactions, and process refunds per policy.
• Stock shelves and displays; maintain pricing accuracy and signage.
• Prepare and maintain self-serve food/beverage stations; follow food safety guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper operation of the store and station.
• Adhere to shift duties and assist with car wash operations if applicable.
