Job summary

H&S Energy Group seeks a part-time Customer Service Representative in Medford, OR to support daily store operations and deliver exceptional customer service. You will cashier, maintain store presentation, and ensure food/beverage quality while creating a safe, welcoming environment for guests.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, handling POS transactions, promoting promotions, and maintaining accurate signage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in retail, food service, or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash-handling procedures.
• CPR and First Aid training a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers enthusiastically and professionally.
• Operate POS system for cash, credit, and debit transactions.
• Maintain store presentation and pricing accuracy.
• Prepare self-serve food/beverage stations and ensure safety.
• Follow safety procedures and report hazards.
• Support car wash operations if applicable.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
