Job summary

Gott’s Roadside in Walnut Creek, CA is hiring a Front of House Associate to warmly welcome guests, take orders, and handle payments with the POS system. You will also help keep the dining and service areas clean while delivering high-quality guest service and following allergen policies.

Ideal candidates have at least 6 months of customer service experience, a High School diploma or GED, and CA Food Handlers Certification. Weekend availability and a friendly, efficient attitude are expected.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests in a warm manner and take orders using the POS system.
• Provide information about menu items and upsell specials.
• Process payments and reconcile cash transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness of station and dining areas.
• Assist with opening/closing cashier and service areas.
• Ensure allergen policies are followed and communicate with management.
