Job summary

TGG Rancho Foothill LLC is seeking a Front of House team member to greet guests, take orders, and ensure a welcoming dining experience. You will operate the POS, handle transactions, describe menu items, and suggest sides or desserts to enhance guest satisfaction.

Maintain a clean dining area, respond to guest needs professionally, and coordinate with kitchen staff for special orders or allergies. This role emphasizes reliability, punctuality, and strong teamwork in a fast-paced restaurant

Qualifications

6+ months of customer service or restaurant experience preferred.
Friendly, energetic, and respectful demeanor.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Must be reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and guide them through the ordering process.
Operate POS system accurately and handle cash/credit transactions.
Describe menu items and make suggestions (up-sell sides, desserts, drinks).
Ensure orders are delivered correctly and promptly to guests.
Maintain a clean and inviting dining area (wipe tables, restock condiments, trash disposal).
Monitor and respond to guest needs, concerns, or complaints with professionalism.
Coordinate with BOH for special orders or allergy-related needs.
Follow food handling and hygiene procedures.
