Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group in Virginia Beach is seeking a friendly and service-driven Guest Service Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. You will welcome guests, answer inquiries, and help ensure a smooth front desk experience.

The ideal candidate has at least one year in front desk operations, solid communication skills, and basic computer literacy. We offer a supportive workplace, flexible scheduling, and a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in Front Desk Operations
• In-depth knowledge of hotel Front Desk operations
• Basic computer skills and professional communication

Responsibilities

• Greets guests as they arrive with personal recognition
• Reviews arrival lists and assists in preparing welcome amenities
• Escort VIPs to rooms and check them in prior to arrival
• Answer the telephone promptly with a smile and transfer questions as needed
• Handle cash with proper procedures and report discrepancies to management
• Keep front desk area clean and organized
• Assist with lobby activation as needed
• Protect guest PII data and follow privacy procedures
• Follow check-in/check-out procedures with required IDs and payment forms
• Respond to guest needs and inquiries in a timely manner
• Perform additional duties as assigned
