Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in Front Desk Operations
• In-depth knowledge of hotel Front Desk operations
• Hospitability mindset and willingness to learn

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with genuine hospitality and create a memorable arrival experience.
• Assist guests with check-in, check-out and questions throughout their stay.
• Recognize Marriott Bonvoy members and personalize their experience.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering and other hotel teams to assist guests.
• Answer calls and respond to guest requests while maintaining accurate guest accounts.
• Maintain a clean, professional Front Desk area and support daily operations.
