Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group seeks an energetic Guest Service Representative for Hotel Duval in Tallahassee, FL. You’ll be the first and last point of contact, delivering warm, polished service to guests and Marriott Bonvoy members, while learning hotel operations from seasoned leaders.

You’ll gain hands-on experience in upscale hospitality, develop communication and problem-solving skills, and explore future growth within the Front Office and Rooms divisions as you contribute to a welcoming,

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in Front Desk Operations
• In-depth knowledge of hotel Front Desk operations
• Excellent time management skills
• Basic computer skills

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with genuine hospitality and create a memorable arrival experience.
• Assist guests with check-in, check-out and questions throughout their stay.
• Recognize Marriott Bonvoy members and personalize guest experiences.
• Provide information about the hotel, Tallahassee, FSU, FAMU, local events, dining and attractions.
• Anticipate guest needs and look for opportunities to enhance stays.
• Handle guest concerns professionally with empathy and solutions-focused mindset.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Valet, F&B and other teams to assist guests.
• Answer calls and respond to guest requests.
• Process payments and maintain accurate guest accounts.
• Monitor room status and communicate with other departments.
• Assist with VIP and special arrivals.
