Job summary

Omni Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Front Desk Agent in Virginia to deliver a five-star welcome and departure experience. You’ll greet guests, provide information about the resort, and promote upscale amenities while handling check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries.

You will work with multiple hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction, maintain accurate folios, and protect guest confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Clear and pleasant communication in English with guests, management and coworkers.
• Accurately input information into computer systems.
• Ability to work cohesively with coworkers within and outside of your department.
• Ability to compute accurate mathematical calculations.

Responsibilities

• Process guest check-ins and check-outs according to Omni’s standards.
• Listen to guest inquiries and provide appropriate responses.
• Set up accurate guest accounts with preferences (room, payment).
• Maintain confidentiality of guest information and secure room access.
• Communicate guest information to relevant departments and follow up on requests.
