Job summary

Residence Inn Morgan Hill – Guest Services Agent is responsible for providing attentive, courteous, and efficient service to guests at check-in, during their stay, and at checkout. The role focuses on maximizing room revenue and occupancy while maintaining Highgate standards across the Front Desk.

You will greet guests, assist with inquiries, operate the PBX, and manage logging and delivery of packages. Flexibility with hours and reliable attendance are essential to support hotel operations.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• College coursework in related field is helpful.
• Computer experience required.
• Ability to stand during shift and lift up to 20 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests at the Front Desk per Highgate standards.
• Operate PBX and assist with hotel operations.
• Answer guest inquiries about services, hours, and local information.
• Log and deliver packages, mail, and messages.
• Balance shift paperwork and prepare for closing.
