Drury Hotels in Dublin, Ohio is hiring a Front Desk Associate to greet guests, check them in/out, promote hotel programs, maintain guest records, handle cash, monitor satisfaction and resolve issues.

You may assist with breakfast and the 5:30 p.m. Kickback service, including food prep and setup. We value integrity, hospitality and teamwork, with opportunities for growth and a strong team culture.

Qualifications

• Warm, friendly manner when interacting with guests.
• Attention to detail while multi-tasking.
• Experience handling money and basic office tasks.
• Ability to understand and follow directions in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests at the front desk with check-in/check-out and guest records.
• Promote hotel programs and manage cash handling and guest satisfaction.
