Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Guest Service Agent in a hotel or high-volume customer-facing setting.
• Excellent customer service mindset and ability to enhance guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and complete the registration process, including inputting and retrieving information and guiding guests to rooms.
• Assist guests with check-out, handle payments and process cards.
• Demonstrate knowledge of hotel information, room types, rates, packages and local area.
• Use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and maximize occupancy.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues in a timely, friendly manner.
• Field guest complaints and negotiate solutions for guest satisfaction.
• Receive, input, relay messages to guests.
