Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of event-space set-up, break-down, servicing of rooms.
• Schedule availability to include weekends and evenings.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to read diagrams and Banquet Event Orders.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Positive attitude towards providing exceptional guest service.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with supervisor throughout shift to be aware of the work.
• Set up all meeting rooms to guest specifications and move heavy items as needed.
• Supply and replenish meeting rooms with clean glasses and fresh water.
• Break down meeting rooms after events and return items to storage.
• Maintain cleaning schedule of meeting rooms and ballrooms to stay presentable.
