Job summary

Target in Minnesota is hiring a Guest Advocate to assist guests, greet them, and help with purchases using in-store and digital services. You will learn products, resolve guest questions, and maintain cleanliness and efficiency, delivering easy and inspiring guest experiences.

Training is provided; flexible scheduling is available, and no two days are the same as you help guests with orders, returns, and loyalty programs.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring, and friendly guest experience in-store.
• Greet guests and assist with locating items or resolving issues.
• Promote and explain Target benefits, apps, and services.
• Handle returns or exchanges per store policies with support from leadership.
• Keep work area clean and stocked during shifts.
• Support guest services such as order pick up and Drive Up.
• Maintain safety and compliance in daily tasks.
• Assist guests with enrolling in loyalty programs when needed.
