Job summary

• Create an easy, inspiring and friendly guest experience by delivering on commitments
• Greet guests and help them find what they need or resolve issues
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you
• Actively support team efforts and assist peers while maintaining a positive attitude
• Demonstrate a service culture by delivering the service standard
• Promote and explain Target loyalty programs and app features
• Scan and bag items efficiently and safely
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety policies
• Support guest services such as order pick up and drive-up, following policies
