Dave & Buster’s is hiring for a Winner’s Circle team member in King of Prussia, PA. The role focuses on creating positive initial impressions for Guests and guiding them through the Midway experience with a friendly, high-energy approach.

You'll greet Guests, assist with requests, provide game help, and collaborate with Managers to ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced environment. Flexible schedules support school or other jobs and a robust benefits package is offered.

• Must be at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Delivers an unparalleled Guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games in an ideal environment for celebrating all out fun.
• Keeps immediate supervisor informed of problems or unusual matters and takes corrective action where necessary or suggests alternatives.
• Provides timely and accurate service while managing wait times and communicating information to Guests, Team Members, and Managers.
• Greets Guests with a positive attitude and enthusiasm while performing multiple job functions.
• Assists the Guest with all requests and answers questions, making recommendations on items.
• Provides game assistance by notifying Support Technicians or Management as needed.
• Notifies Manager of any Guest that is unhappy and works to resolve issues.
• Maintains merchandise stock and displays, and manages inventory reconciliation.
• Reviews cleanliness and organization of the Winner’s Circle and ensures displays are stocked and maintained.
