Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a positive attitude and welcome them to the venue.
• Assist Guests with requests and answer questions; make recommendations.
• Provide game assistance and notify supervisors or managers as needed.
• Maintain clean and organized Winner's Circle area and stock merchandise.
• Ensure accurate handling of tickets and merchandise inventory.
