Formación

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to work flexible days, nights, and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver a welcoming guest experience through food, drinks, and games.
• Inform and involve supervisor about issues; take corrective action when needed.
• Provide timely service while managing wait times and sharing information with guests and staff.
• Greet guests with enthusiasm and assist with multiple tasks.
• Assist guests with requests, answer questions, and make recommendations.
• Notify managers of unhappy guests and work toward resolution.
• Weigh tickets and assist in stocking and securing merchandise.
• Inventory, restock, and maintain cleanliness of the Winner’s Circle.
• Set up displays to drive guest traffic and sales; support team members.
• Maintain positive relationships with team members and promote morale.
