Job summary

Target is seeking a Guest Advocate to create a welcoming guest experience and help customers find what they need. You will resolve concerns, explain services like Drive Up and Order Pick Up, and promote loyalty programs.

All training provided; role requires strong communication, a helpful attitude, and the ability to multitask in a busy store environment. This is an on-site position with flexible shifts.

Qualifications

• Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Enjoy helping guests and fellow team members in a fast-paced store.
• Capable of learning and using Target technology and scanners.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and deliver a welcoming, helpful experience.
• Help guests locate items and resolve issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you.
• Promote and explain Target benefits, offers, and services.
• Stock, maintain a clean work area, and support store operations as needed.
