Job summary

Target is seeking a Guest Advocate to greet and assist guests, resolve issues, and promote services like Drive Up, Order Pick Up, and loyalty programs. You will help guests find what they need, answer questions, and ensure a quick, friendly shopping experience.

We value teamwork, flexibility, and a helpful attitude. The role involves standing for long periods, lifting items, and working a varied schedule including nights and weekends. Training is provided.

• You enjoy interacting and helping others - including guests that shop our store and fellow team members you work with.
• You thrive in a fast-moving, highly active and physically demanding role, where teamwork, flexibility, and creative problem solving are key to success.
• You are open to working a flexible work schedule with varying hours, days or shifts (including nights, weekends, holidays and other peak shopping times).

• Greet customers and assist with finding items or resolving issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience
