Job summary

Target is seeking a Guest Advocate in Prattville, AL. This on-site role involves greeting guests, answering questions, helping with checkout and returns, and guiding guests on Drive Up and online ordering. You will promote Target Loyalty and assist with sign-ups while delivering friendly, efficient service.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, learn product offerings, and use handheld scanners and the Target App to enhance guest experiences. Flexibility for nights and weekends is required.
