Job summary

Target is seeking a Guest Advocate to deliver an easy, inspiring guest experience in a fast-paced store. You will greet guests, help them find what they need, and resolve issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

Responsibilities include ending every interaction with a sincere thank you, supporting peers, and promoting current promotions. You will also assist guests with loyalty enrollment, app usage, and drive-up or order pick-up services as needed.

Qualifications

• Able to greet and assist guests in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong communication and positive language toward guests and team members.
• Ability to use handheld scanners and operate payment registers.
• Willingness to educate guests about products and services.
• Capable of working independently and in a team; handle multiple tasks.
