Job summary

Target is seeking a friendly Guest Advocate to help guests enjoy a quick, easy shopping experience. You will greet customers, assist with inquiries, resolve issues, and promote loyalty programs while supporting multichannel services (in-store and digital).

This role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and a positive team culture in a fast-paced environment. As a Guest Advocate, you will adapt to guest needs, explain store offerings, and participate in order pick-up, drive-up, and registration
