Target is seeking a Guest Advocate in Granger, IN. You will greet guests, help them find items, and ensure a quick, friendly shopping experience across both in-store and digital services. Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring, and friendly guest experience by delivering on commitments.
• Greet guests at 10ft and 4ft, initiating warm, helpful interactions.
• Help guests find what they need and resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you.
• Support teammates and assist peers while staying positive and respectful.
• Explain Target Loyalty benefits and assist with app enrollment and sign-in.
• Scan and bag items efficiently, minimizing guest wait time and ensuring accuracy.
• Explain Order Pick-Up, Drive-Up, and online ordering; guide guests to enroll and use features.
• Handle returns or exchanges per store policies and escalate with leadership as needed.
