Dave & Buster’s in Syracuse is seeking a Winner’s Circle team member to greet Guests and guide their Midway experiences in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.

You will help with merchandise, game assistance, and information flow, ensuring guests have a positive visit and encouraging repeat business. This role emphasizes friendly service, clear communication, and teamwork in a vibrant setting.

Qualifications

• Be friendly and able to smile frequently.
• Work days, nights, and/or weekends as required.
• Work in noisy, fast paced environment with distracting conditions.
• Lift and carry up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Delivers an unparalleled Guest experience through food, drinks and games in a lively environment.
• Provides timely and accurate service while managing wait times and communicating information to Guests and Team Members.
• Greets Guests with a positive attitude and enthusiasm while performing multiple job functions.
• Assists Guests with requests, answers questions and makes recommendations on items.
• Assists other Team Members as needed and maintains a cooperative working climate.
