Job summary

RaceTrac is hiring a Store Associate to deliver friendly, prompt service at the register or self-checkout and keep our stores clean, stocked, and welcoming. You’ll help guests with product recommendations and maintain a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

We offer flexible scheduling, including nights and weekends, with opportunities for growth. Previous experience is a plus, and you should be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or in progress).
• Experience in fast-paced guest service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional guest experience at the register or self-checkout.
• Suggest additional products to enhance guest purchases.
• Address guest concerns promptly and escalate to managers when needed.
• Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized store environment.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking.
