Job summary

RaceTrac is seeking a Store Associate to keep our stores clean, stocked, and running smoothly while delivering friendly guest service at the register or self-checkout. You will help guests find products, promote add-on items, and maintain safety and cleanliness in food prep areas.

The role offers flexible scheduling, including nights and weekends, with opportunities for growth and internal advancement. A background in fast-paced guest service is a plus, and the physical demands include lifting

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or in progress).
• Experience in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment is a plus.
• Team player who takes initiative and works well with people.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional guest experience at the register or self-checkout.
• Suggest additional products to enhance guest purchases.
• Address guest concerns with urgency and involve managers as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and stock shelves, coolers, and displays.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking.
