Job summary

RaceTrac is hiring Store Associates to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced retail setting. You will keep the store clean, stocked, and running smoothly while delivering friendly service at the register or self-checkout.

We offer flexible scheduling, including nights and weekends, hands-on training, and opportunities for internal growth. Prior retail or guest-focused experience is a plus, and you’ll join a team that values reliability and collaboration.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or in progress).
• Previous fast-paced guest-focused experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile and respond promptly to requests.
• Operate register or self-checkout and process transactions accurately.
• Restock shelves and keep store clean and organized.
• Assist in inventory management and product displays.
• Follow safety policies and ensure food safety standards.
• Collaborate with teammates to provide excellent guest service.
