Job summary

RaceTrac is hiring a Store Associate in the United States. You’ll deliver friendly, efficient service at the register or self-checkout, help keep stores stocked and clean, and assist guests with product suggestions.

The role supports flexible schedules, including nights and weekends, with opportunities for growth. Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED (in progress acceptable), a team player attitude, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or in progress).
• Experience in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment is a plus.
• Team player who takes initiative and works well with others.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• May require food handler or alcohol server permits, depending on state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, prompt service at the register or self-checkout.
• Suggest additional products to guests to enhance purchases.
• Address guest concerns with urgency and involve managers as needed.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store environment and assist with stocking.
• Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately.
• Ensure food items are stocked and meet quality standards.
