Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Associate to drive exceptional guest experiences and support daily store operations in Sutton, MA. You will greet guests, assist with purchases at the POS, and help maintain a clean, well-stocked store environment.

The role requires flexible hours, physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs, and reliable transportation. You will collaborate with management, check in vendors, and participate in onboarding and training as needed.

Qualifications

• Availability to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to perform basic computer functions.
• Reliable transportation.
• Comfort working in intermittent temperatures outdoors and in coolers.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and climb ladders/stairs.
• Access to all store areas including selling floor, stock, and register.
• Accurate counting, reading, and writing for required paperwork.
• Support GSA onboarding and training.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store operations policies.
• Operate the point of sale per corporate standards; manage cash, lottery, tobacco levels.
• Complete store housekeeping duties (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash).
• Replenish products and supplies to maintain in-stock conditions.
• Communicate guest requests and vendor concerns to management.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
• Conduct gas tank inventory and merchandising projects as assigned by management.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
