Job summary

RaceTrac is hiring a Store Associate to help keep our stores clean, stocked, and running smoothly. You’ll work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with flexible part-time or full-time options.

You’ll deliver friendly service at the register, suggest add-on products, and help maintain inventory and cleanliness. Prior guest-facing experience is a plus, with lifting up to 50 lbs and possible food/alc permits based on local rules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (or in progress).
• Experience in a fast-paced guest-focused environment is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, prompt service at the register or self-checkout.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences and assist with inquiries.
• Restock shelves, coolers, and display areas.
