Job summary

RaceTrac is hiring a Store Associate to deliver an exceptional guest experience, keeping our stores clean, stocked, and running smoothly. The role supports flexible part-time or full-time scheduling, hands-on training, and clear opportunities for growth in a fast-paced environment.

You will greet guests, ring up purchases, suggest add-ons, and help maintain a welcoming store. The job requires lifting up to 50 lbs and may include evening/weekend shifts depending on location.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or in progress).
• 1-2 years work experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an Exceptional Guest Experience.
• Provide friendly, prompt service at the register or self-checkout.
• Suggest additional products to enhance guest purchases.
• Address guest concerns with urgency and involve managers as needed.
• Foster a team-oriented, respectful work environment.
• Help Keep Our Stores Stocked & Fresh.
• Maintain cleanliness in food prep areas and follow safety regulations.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking.
