Job summary

RaceTrac is seeking a Store Associate in the United States. You’ll be at the heart of our guest experience, keeping the store clean, stocked, and running smoothly in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

This role offers part-time flexibility or a full-time career, with flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays, plus hands-on training and clear paths for growth. Expect competitive pay up to $17.50 per hour, friendly service at the register, and a welcoming store environment

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced guest-focused environment preferred.
• Team player with initiative and reliability.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.
• May require food handler or alcohol server permits per state/local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional guest experience at the register or self-checkout.
• Suggest additional products to enhance guest purchases.
• Address guest concerns with urgency and involve managers as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and stocking of shelves, coolers, and displays.
• Operate the cash register accurately and handle transactions.
• Respond to guest feedback and be flexible for store needs.
• Support a team-oriented, respectful work environment.
