Job summary

RaceTrac in the United States is seeking a Store Associate to be at the heart of the guest experience. You’ll help keep our stores clean, stocked, and running smoothly, with part-time or full-time opportunities and a path for growth from within.

You’ll deliver exceptional service at the register or self-checkout, restock, maintain cleanliness, and follow safety guidelines, while engaging teammates to create a welcoming, fast-paced store environment for guests.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or in progress).
• Experience in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• May be required to obtain and maintain food handler or alcohol server permits, depending on state/local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile and respond promptly to management directions.
• Provide friendly, prompt service at the register or self-checkout.
• Restock shelves, keep store clean, and maintain food safety standards.
• Ensure shelves and backrooms are stocked, organized, and properly labeled.
