Job summary

RaceTrac is hiring a Store Associate to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced store. You will help keep the store clean, stocked, and running smoothly, with flexible part-time or full-time opportunities and hands-on training to support your growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or in progress).
• Previous experience in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment is a plus.
• A team player who takes the initiative and enjoys working with people.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks like bending and standing.
• May be required to obtain and maintain food handler or alcohol server permits, depending on state/local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, assist at the register, and suggest products to enhance purchases.
• Rings up guests, balances cash, and maintains accurate transactions.
• Provide prompt, courteous service and resolve guest concerns or escalate when needed.
• Keep store clean, stocked, and organized, including restocking shelves and displays.
• Follow safety regulations and update signage for monthly promotions and pricing.
