Job summary

RaceTrac is hiring a Store Associate to keep our stores clean, stocked, and running smoothly. You’ll deliver friendly service at the register or self-checkout and help guests find what they need.

We offer flexible part-time or full-time schedules, competitive pay up to $15.50/hour for select locations, nights and weekends, hands-on training, and opportunities for growth in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment is a plus.
• Team player with initiative and ability to work with people.
• Willingness to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, prompt service at the register or self-checkout.
• Suggest additional products to enhance guest purchases.
• Address guest concerns with urgency and involve managers as needed.
• Foster a team-oriented, respectful work environment.
• Restock shelves, coolers, and display areas as needed.
• Keep stores clean and organized and maintain safety standards.
