Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Associate in Hopkinton, MA to drive a top notch guest experience and support store-level tasks. You will greet guests, ensure a safe and engaging shopping environment, and perform POS duties with accuracy while maintaining cash and policy compliance.

This role requires flexibility to work day, night, weekends or holidays, reliable transportation, and ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills required.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Able to stand and move around the store for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience for everyone.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store operations policies.
• Operate the POS and maintain cash, lottery, tobacco levels.
• Complete store housekeeping functions (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash).
• Replenish products and ensure in-stock conditions at all times.
• Communicate guest requests and vendor-related concerns to management.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
• Conduct gas tank inventory and merchandising projects as assigned.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
• Minors may only use OSHA approved knives.
