Newk’s Eatery in Austin, TX is seeking a Front of House Team Member to deliver warm hospitality and memorable guest experiences. You’ll be the face of the restaurant, greet guests, take orders, and ensure fast, friendly service in a busy, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Take guest orders accurately while providing menu knowledge and recommendations.
• Deliver fast, friendly, and attentive service.
• Ensure every order is complete, accurate, and presented with care.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining room.
• Keep beverage stations, condiment areas, and dining spaces fully stocked.
• Assist with curbside, takeout, and catering orders.
• Work closely with the kitchen to ensure timely food delivery.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly.
• Support teammates throughout the restaurant to provide outstanding service.
